# Your group loves the park. You don't all want the same ride.

You have a whole park ahead of you. One person wants another big coaster. Someone else wants food, something gentler, or a few minutes in the shade.

Those can all be good ways to spend the day. The challenge is deciding what happens next together.

Welcome to **The Lineup by PairQueue**. We're building this publication for people who enjoy parks and want practical ways to plan the day with compatible ride companions. Expect useful park-day ideas, field stories, carefully checked updates and an ongoing conversation about what makes riding together work.

For this first issue, start with three conversations before your group heads toward its next ride.

## 1\. Name the ride—and make room for a skip

“What do you want to do?” can leave everyone waiting for someone else to decide. Be specific: name the next ride you're interested in, then ask who's actually up for it.

Give people room to say no without having to defend their choice. Enjoying the same park doesn't require enjoying every attraction. A clear answer is easier to plan around than a reluctant yes.

## 2\. Agree on the timing

“Let's go later” can mean very different things. Does later mean after lunch, after a break, or after the rest of the group finishes something else?

Compare what each person needs before setting off. That small conversation can turn a vague intention into a plan everyone understands.

## 3\. Decide how to regroup

If the group splits, agree on a permitted public meeting spot and a check-in time. Make sure everyone understands the plan and follow the park's current rules.

The point is to make different preferences easier to coordinate. A break and another coaster can both belong in the same park day.
